This update not only brings the long-awaited red UI option, but also adds a variety of other color options, and optimizes the basic functions of the camera.
It is understood that in this update, Xiaomi launched 6 new camera color schemes, including red. This feature is currently available in the beta version of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, and the official release is about to begin. In addition, the Xiaomi 15 series and Xiaomi 14 series (the latter with a new street mode) have already started the beta testing phase of the new camera refresh, while the Xiaomi Mi MIX Fold4, Xiaomi Mi MIX Flip and REDMI K70 Ultra will also receive updates gradually.
It is worth mentioning that Miao Lei said that all Xiaomi models co-branded with Leica will continue to retain their iconic classic red UI after the upgrade, so that users can experience the new features without losing the original style.
In addition to color innovations, Xiaomi has also optimized basic functions, such as focal length switching and exposure value (EV) adjustment.
